Here at ScrumDo we are always making improvements to our tool. Many of our users give us great feedback and we are listening and implementing some excellent ideas which is a great contributor to our cultivation of a kaizen culture.
Today we want to show what’s new for you as an assignee in your ScrumDo account.
Recently, we’ve made three significant changes:
- Assignee box on story edit window are now sorted by last name then username
- Clicking the avatar image on a card will now show you details on the assignees
- When searching by assignee, we now also search task assignees
Assignee box on story edit window are now sorted by last name, then username.

When searching by assignee, we now also search task assignees
When you search for an assignee, now you will see both cards and tasks, assigned.
The card #5 with the C wrapped in green is my assigned card. Card #4 is not assigned to anyone but I have a task assigned to me. My task in the card is indicated by the 1 next to the clipboard. I know it is mine because it came up in the search.
There are a number of other changes we have made in 2016. Stay tuned for more blog posts on those in the coming weeks. In the meantime you can check out some of our other updates and bug fixes at our Change Log.
